I do not know about the "App" but the person who helped us was indispensable! We had our ads frozen and did not have a clue how to get them back up. They went into our store, took a look and could see immediately what the problems were and fixed them!

Shout out to Sohil Vhora for delivering exceptional customer service. I was in full panic mode when my google ad account got suspended and not only did he organise a developer to fix up my schema issue but he also sent me clear directions along with images and links on how to fix up my store to make it compliant for the Google OverLords.
