I have been using it for more than six months, and whenever I try to contact support, they provide me with the immediate and best solution. I am using it for both google ads and Facebook ads. I moved to this app from the standard Shopify one - It is a million times better and worth it. the only thing better than the app is the customer service received from Milan, I had an issue for over 12 months that I was unable to resolve regarding a feed - Milan managed to get it resolved and I am ever so grateful. 5 stars.
