Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

These guys are great. Extremely prompt and helpful (thorough) customer service. No complaints whatsoever. I wish more of the app companies worked like they do.

This app is totally worth the little bit you pay per month to make your life easier. I know you can just get the free Google shopping app that Shopify created but it has bugs and glitches. I would pay that amount just to have the amazing support that is the Symprosis team. If I have any feed questions or errors in Merchant Center I need to fix they are right there to help me and very quick about it. Highly recommend anyone with an online store to install this app right now!

This app does it's job very well as advertised but I have had one problem with the code in my theme causing disapprovals from Google. This was not a problem caused by the app or their responsibility but after I emailed about it, trying to get some information they fixed it for me within a couple of days. A service way beyond what I could hope to expect or pay for. On other small issues the chat help is quick, responsive and competent.

Very convenient software, and the customer service personnel are also very responsible, which solved my big trouble. I will ask the customer service for help if I don’t understand later, thank you very much

I used it for google shopping ads for 2 months already and so far it is good. Hope it helps my google shopping ads perform better: )

The app works well, it can sync the products to GMC and update the different countries to GMC. Customer service is good.

Great app with great support. We were facing an error from Facebook and the support team personally looked into it to sort it out.

After two years of doing things the very manual and clunky way via the Google sales channel, With over 13000 products on our store we needed a solution. This application was recommended by my Google ads manager as a way to effectively manage my large feed. I figured what the heck, it must be a super application if Google themselves are recommending it. I downloaded the application, are after the install process I had some issues, I reached out to support and within one hour they had all my issues sorted. I have an actually use this application for more than 24 hours but so far these guys have amazing support and it's really helpful.

I've been using their App "Feed for google Shopping" since about 4 years and installed it on roughly 15 stores. I've never had an app that repeatedly made my life easier and solved my problems over and over again so easily. Their pricing model is incredibly fair, the functionality smooth and they are constantly adding new features. Their support is ON TOP, fats and efficient, even for stupid questions like the ones I'm asking :) Thanks!
