I suggest you to kindly try opening the Shopify Store Admin from a new browser or "incognito mode".
We are getting more than 100 Installs everyday and already catering more than 12k merchants. More than 1k merchants open the app everyday. So far today, nobody has complained.
It must be something limited to your computer or browser.

These guys are legends, they help me to fix all the errors from the Google merchant centre in just a few minutes. The app has a lot of great features that allow you to see all your reports and you can even set a campaign for Google ads directly from the app. Saad from customer service is very fast and very helpful, he went above and beyond to help me fix everything. Honestly I haven't used the app to the full extent yet, but I had a major feed problem between Google Channel & Merchant, Kaushik stepped in, offered detailed steps, links & screenshots, I can greatly tell the app is great by their outstanding customer service.
