Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

The product itself is very good for Google Shopping integration. My initial experience with customer service was not great, but the follow on support was very good. My problem is not solved, but it appears to be a Google issue and not an app issue.

Update 11.15.2019
I had another google related issue where the feed was pulling "brand" from the Shopify Vendor. They logged into my merchant feed and created a merchant feed rule that solved the problem. I consider this above and beyond the call of duty. All of this was done within 8 hours of reaching out to them.

Only been using it a few days but so far it seems very helpful and a great value. Customer service is very quick to respond and solve issues.

The application has a lot of features and can be complex. But they were very quick to help us move everything to their app with very straight forward guidance and even sending screenshots!

A great app that I recommend. Providing a great support is the best part of it. You need a great support when you want to deal with Google Shopping Ads.

Seriously the best syncing platform for shopify to Google, Facebook and Microsoft. Any issue I ever have they fix on the spot and even at odd hours the day. Thanks for an awesome product and even better support! Been using them for years. :)
