Some of the best support I've received. Incredibly helpful. Great app too with great features, but when you need a little extra help the support will be a pleasure to deal with.

I reached out the Simprosys with some questions and advise before installing the app. Within one day, I received a very helpful reply from Ashvin Prajapati from the support team. He answered all my questions. Coming from the Magento side, I was a little cautious with the feed. I soon realized that the app is so well built and has automated most of the manual tasks that I have been doing. I needed some help with the Google Merchant Center and reached out to Ashvin again via email, he advised my to use the chat so he could help me faster. Everything issue was solved and explained to me. My site has just been migrated to Shopify today and is ready to go. Thanks to Ashvin and Simprosys.

Il est bien mieux d'utiliser cette application pour Google shopping que l'application native de Shopify qui comporte de multiples erreurs.

Very helpful customer support team. Highly recommend this app for Google Shopping. The promotion feature needs improvement, however.

Sale Price and Price issue I need help fixing this issue I simply don't understand why my products are getting submitted with only the sales price besides that the app does its job perfectly fine.

My shop and MC center have set the shipping cost, but google can't crawl it. My product has been disapproved because of this problem. I need help and deal with this problem. I have sent the email several times, please help me as soon as possible. Thank you

The guys are very helpful but I have found it difficult to set up and use - and not very intuitive. For instance, I had the Shopify Google Shopping App already installed which meant that conversions were duplicating. This in turn, meant that my return on ad spend was inaccurate/inflated. I only realised this by chance after signing up. I am effectively now back in a trial period to see if the app is worthwhile for me. I think there are probably many other people who think they are seeing accurate revenue figures on the app but they aren't. I think the developers should use someone who speaks English as a native language as sometimes things dont make sense in the videos/descriptions. But they are very helpful and have answered many questions from me - I just wish it didnt take so long to learn.
