Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

We’ve been using the Simprosys Google Shopping Feed app for our store, and the experience has been outstanding. The app makes feed management so much easier, and the amount of control it gives you is insane compared to every other solution we tried.

But what really makes this app special is the support team. They answer fast, they know what they're talking about, and they actually solve the problem instead of sending copy-paste replies. We had a very specific technical question about metafields and product titles, and they guided us clearly and professionally even sending us the exact method to achieve what we needed.

I've only just started using this app and have no clue so far regarding Google Ads etc as I've just started learning all the processes myself.

I thought there was an issue with the tagging, despite having done everything correctly as far as I was aware as there were some error messages in Google Ads display.

However, when reaching out to help with Simprosys to see what I'd done wrong, Mohib chauhan in support was extremely helpful in showing me that all was well and it was just a matter of time before the status symbols changed, which saved me trying to change things around and messing it all up!

All seems good so far with the app, but the support is definitely excellent.
