Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

I used this app to feed my products to my Google merchant account. Their live chat representative was very helpful and patient. He walked me through each step by step. Highly recommend!

These guys are legends, they help me to fix all the errors from the Google merchant centre in just a few minutes. The app has a lot of great features that allow you to see all your reports and you can even set a campaign for Google ads directly from the app. Saad from customer service is very fast and very helpful, he went above and beyond to help me fix everything. Honestly I haven't used the app to the full extent yet, but I had a major feed problem between Google Channel & Merchant, Kaushik stepped in, offered detailed steps, links & screenshots, I can greatly tell the app is great by their outstanding customer service. I reached out the Simprosys with some questions and advise before installing the app. Within one day, I received a very helpful reply from Ashvin Prajapati from the support team. He answered all my questions. Coming from the Magento side, I was a little cautious with the feed. I soon realized that the app is so well built and has automated most of the manual tasks that I have been doing. I needed some help with the Google Merchant Center and reached out to Ashvin again via email, he advised my to use the chat so he could help me faster. Everything issue was solved and explained to me. My site has just been migrated to Shopify today and is ready to go. Thanks to Ashvin and Simprosys.

Very helpful customer support team. Highly recommend this app for Google Shopping. The promotion feature needs improvement, however.
