For complex stores with lots of products, where we face technical difficulties with Google Merchant, GA4 and integrations, this app and their team are a massive help. Their support team is FANTASTIC! Immediate response and straight to a solution, Smriti Sharma, knew exactly what was wrong and what to do about it.
We've had these issues going with our Merchant signals and API connections, for months! Costing us inefficiency in our ad campaigns and inventory headaches, not to mention hours lost in trying to figure out what was going on. Once we looked for support through Simprosys, Smriti looked beyond the app's interface, onto the back end of Merchant and our store and sorted out our problems. Amazing help!

Outstanding support for Google Ads consent mode
We had an excellent experience with the Simprosys app and their support team. Mohib and the team helped us properly set up Advanced Consent Mode for Google Ads.
The support was fast, highly knowledgeable, and very thorough. Including clear explanations, screenshots, and proactive checks on both the Shopify and Google Ads side. They actually verified that everything was working as expected.

Excellent customer service. Fast response time, explaining the issues and deploying rapid solutions. Using the Symprosys Google shopping feed for 4 years now, instead of the native Shopify feed. This app allows more customization, and tweaking your feed to get your products approved quicky in Google Merchant Center. We have increased our revenue with this app. I highly recommend.
I’ve been using the Simprosys app for a couple of years now and have been very happy with both the functionality and the support. Their team is not only fast to respond but also genuinely helpful when things get complicated. I recently had a mix up with some of my feeds, and Nehal took the time to fix everything and clearly explain how it all works so I could understand it properly. That level of support makes a big difference. Highly recommend this app to anyone managing Google Shopping feeds.
We moved to using this app several years ago and have found it works much better than the google channel.
Firstly it has great customer support and secondly you can refresh the product feed and meta fields so changed you make in shopify are pulled into your product feed in the merchant centre. There are many other features too where you can make changes to the feed without changing shopify.

I use Simprosys Google Shopping Feed for a few years now in all my Shopify stores and I’m happy with their service and all the features in the app.
First, it's easy to manage products and find if there is any error in the Merchant center. Just to mention, my Feed is always categorized excellent in Google Merchant.
It’s easy to verify if the Google Ads Conversion Tracking is working.
In one of my stores I have had an issue because I’m using a post-purchase app and I couldn’t track those conversions. But Simprosys team was extremely efficient adding an additional script in my Shopify store to be able to also track the post purchase conversions, and now it's working properly.
Since I started with Simprosys they added so many updates, features and improvement that honestly I should spend a lot of time to describe everything here.
I do recommend Simprosys Google Shopping app to all selling online as without a proper tracking – ads campaigns cannot be optimized.
I had some difficulty setting up my Shopify feed in the USA on my own at 11:30 at night. I contacted Simprosys through their chat, Nilesh came online right away. With his excellent help, we got everything set up in minutes. Then he waited around to ensure everything was working, pointed out to update my shipping policy, and badaboom it was done. Fantastic service, thank you!
Simprosys is an "app" in name only-refreshing relic in a world dominated by AI with little or no human oversight by greedy corporations. IMO, it's more like an old fashioned customer service tech support with a dedicated staff of IRL human experts who don't treat people like they're daft for not being tech savvy. Simprosys is one of my favorite companies and my only paid app...I rarely give reviews, so why am I writing a review for a great little company at 5 am? Because I believe in giving credit where it's due and it's long overdue to thank and bring attention to Simprosys for a recent mayday rescue of our store and tiny business from a near fatal mess by a giant corporation.
After weeks of being ignored by "Giant Corp" Simprosy's reply to my email came quickly, with a full analysis, course of action to resolve it... was done in a few hours! It's more valuable today's Al dominated customer support departments in major companies that. I reached out to them with my first catastrophe about 4 years before subscribed, they replied promptly with helpful links, suggest related videos. They always resolved issue or walked me through how to do it myself. No sales pressure.
What sets the support staff at Simprosys apart from the usual "Einsteins" is that besides being professional, prompt and polite, over time, my "rescue" interactions with JAY built a rapport I thought couldn't be replicated. After Jay left, I was nervous about retelling my story to new people. Thankfully, the transition to SMRITI and ABHISHEK was seamless. They conveyed familiar calm and confidence- Simprosys attributes that reassured me to trust them to slay my catastrophies as always.

I’ve been using Simprosys Google Shopping Feed for three years, and it has been excellent. The support team is outstanding, and Sachin in particular always resolves even non-standard issues incredibly quickly and with true customer focus. A great experience every time.
