Only con I can think of, which may already be remedied, is handling Merchant Center activity for multiple countries at the same time. This app also handles conversion and remarketing code remarkably well, and I'm sure they will only get better. That's a huge part of the equation, and SimproSys gets it correct. Not only that, but SimproSys will actually help you audit and implement the code correctly.
