Smriti Sharma provided excellent support in resolving my Google Merchant Center product issues through Simprosys. She clearly understood the problem, guided me step-by-step, and helped fix critical product feed errors that were blocking approvals. Unfortunately it's not possible to adjust product titles from all languages in the Simprosys interface (this means you have to use supplemental feeds).
Product synchronization is timely and accurate. However, the inability to translate English products into other languages (e.g., French, Italian, etc.) may affect multi-country placement on a site
Great customer service! I just still find the product itself not super intuitive and would appreciate better training resources (from a ideal set up perspective) so I don't have to keep hassling customer service.
Have not been using for long but the support has been really good when we've needed it and good functionality. My only comment would be that I don't find the app super user friendly.

I'm just getting to grips with the app as it has a lot of features, so it's early days for me. The support team have been great at helping me sort through the various questions I have and helping get our Google Ads account optimised. On the basis of the support I've had to date and what I hope it can do for us, I would definitely recommend the app.
