Honestly im not one to write reviews but I will take my time to write this one because I have been bothering them over an issue with an error for one of my listings and they replied same day. They were able to resolve another issue as well and best of all is that they did it for me both times. Went into my account, resolved my issues and I didn't worry about a thing. I've only just started to use the app (properly), however the support has been fantastic. I was having an issue with the shipping costs disallowing products in merchant centre - this has been resolved super quickly by Simprosys. They were very easy to deal with, and when asking me to give them access etc, they sent videos on how to do this, so I didn't waste time figuring things out. Bit shout out to Saad as well, really helpful and responsive.
I find large tech companies so hard to get an answer from these days, (3wks to get a recent fix - and hrs to call centre- best not mention company involved!)

Definitely one of the best GOOGLE DATA FEEDS out there. Their Customer Service is amazing and super fast, you can ask them anything and they will get back to you very quickly and with precise answers. Have used a few other ones before (big names) and comparing it to Simprosys I must say they have all the necessary tools.

After Google switched to Analytics 4, my product feed became a mess. Each of my variants was showing up as an individual product and my products would display as more expensive when compared to other sellers. This app allows you to only upload the base variant with the click of a button! Extremely easy to use and the support was A++, I emailed them late at night and had a reply with a solution to my issue in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is using the google merchant center or google sales channel.

Great customer service!!! I was on Google APP within Shopify and I was having issues with the Google App not doing what needs to be done . Came to find out this app and it is way more than expected . HIGHLY recommend anyone using this instead of anything else . It just works. Thank you Guys!
