Perfect app for what I require. Very happy with it. The support is extremely good. They helped with setting up the Google feed when I ran into problems.
Could not ask for a better company to deal with. They went above and beyond.

I used Simprosys through the recommendation of my Google ads manager to improve the quality of my product feed. App works well but most importantly, Simprosys customer service is knowledgeable, responsive and so helpful and fast in helping me resolve feed issues.

I was really nervous to delete the Google Channel app from Shopify, but editing GTIN one by one in GMC was grueling! Google channel doesn't sync them all the time and it was a nightmare. I deleted it, set up this app as my main feed and everything was updated in a matter of minutes. You'd think Google would have more user-friendly options, but they don't. This app shaved HOURS off of the mundane mouse clicking. Definitely recommend!

I had a challenge with Google Ads suspending my account. After going in circles with Google, i reached out to Simprosys Google Shopping Feed Customer Support team. I was supported by Kalp Dev. Kalp was very helpful and walked me through the possible issues or concerns noticed on my webpage, once the website was reviewed. Recommendations were provided to me with multiple screen shoots to walk me through the areas of concern. Once I made my updates i was notified by Google Ads that my account had been Un-Suspended(activated). Thank you Kalp for all you hard work and dedication to helping me out.
