this app helps me a lot, and easy to use, also they have provisional customer service always replay to my email and give also advice about google shopping
I recently integrated the Symprosis app into my Shopify store to manage my Google Shopping feeds, and I must say, it has been a game-changer. The setup was incredibly straightforward, allowing me to get up and running in no time. What really impressed me was the intuitive interface – it's clean, user-friendly, and makes managing my product feeds feel effortless.
Support is unresponsive, Custom Label 0 which clearly shows as being removed doesn't go away. I'm very experienced with the app and re-synced data multiple times. No response for 3 days now and it's still not working.
It's large shop...perhaps not great for larger collections.
After years of using this app, I'm actively looking at other apps and doing this DIY. '

The issue with Custom Label 0 could have been caused by various reasons, such as using multiple feed submission apps or methods to submit your product data feed to your Google Merchant Center account. Feed For Google Shopping has been the Best app for Accuracy, Performance and Support for us. It feeds our product data into Google Merchant Center automatically keeping the data in sync between our store and GMC. You may choose to manually Re-Sync for instant feed updates. The initial setup and integration was seem less.
I would emphasize on support I have received from Symprosys has been phenomenal. They always have responded timely with detailed guidance oriented explanation and an excellent development support. Overall, it's a great app and a great company!
Great Support with Saad and the feed works greatly. We can target easly on Google, Facebok and Bing without going to the merchant center. Very useful.
