From last 4 year, i am using this app for all my ecommerce client, their support team are very helpful and knowledgeable to resolve any feed related issue. i alway recommend all the my client to use this app.
The customer service on this app is top level! Every time I've been bit confused about something ( google ads and google feed can be a confusing place) I've never felt hesitant to ask them for help. They response extremely quickly with a very easy to follow answer. Thank you so much!
Amazing app, I think this app is, by far, the best app for Google shopping, and I want to recommend it to my friends.
Makes managing your product feed so much easier! When I have needed help they have got back to me very quickly and fixed the issue for me :)
Was having trouble with my products not showing up in my Google ad campaigns. Email to support and let them have admin access to my Merchant Center account and they took care of the problem.
Unsynced all of my products without reaching me to solve billing problem. LOST ALL MY GOOGLE BUDGET, For a problem absolutelty easy to solve

We send 3 reminders to merchants. The first is 7 days, the second is 3 days prior to the expiration of the trial, and 3rd on the same day of trial. I request you to kindly search support@simprosys.com

We take another 7 days from the day your trial expires to suspend our services. So, there was another period of 7 days for you to activate the charge.
Very easy to use and covers most bases that one would need to get set up on merchant center. Had one question, emailed support (who was away) and still received my answer within 5 mins. Great support!
incredible great support. If you need them, they are there to help.. Had some issues with feed to Bing Merchant and they help me with the speed of light
