Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

Great app! We used it just for the FB product feed, but with the recent GA4 transition, we decided to switch Google App to Simprosys for GA4 tracking, remarketing, and shopping feed. So far so good, we even got more products approved in the merchant center than with the native Google app.
The support is awesome, always willing to take a look at the account and give advice.

Works perfect, using it for years now and very satisfied. If things are not clear professional support is fast and easy to follow.

Comprehensive and first-class tech support. Even while we were in the trial period, tech support helped us navigate some problematic GTIN/identifier and G-Merchant Center feed issues. The small monthly fee is well worth the peace of mind of knowing that your products are being fed to merchant center in a way that won't trigger common warnings and disapprovals.

The app itself is continually improving. It takes many complex areas of marketing and simplifies it while still allowing the owner to make decisions. It has many aspects of control and "power features" that are needed over the simplistic apps in the category.

We spent months testing several Shopify apps to import product catalogues into Google Merchant Center... This is BY FAR the most user-friendly and best performing app. Amit is always available to help you when needed, great app support. We look forward to test the beta Facebook catalogue feature which would make this app ESSENTIAL to those Shopify admins exporting product catalogues to both Google and Facebook marketplaces via one single app! Kudos to Amit, keep up the good job :)

PS: The answer of Shopify Tech Support to the question "how comes Shopify Google Shopping native app is so buggy?" is surprisingly "we don't consider Google Shopping as a sales channel"... Wake up guys!

Great customer service. I don't really like spending time writing reviews. But the problems that have troubled us for a long time, they can help solve all of them on the same day. This is very good, very caring, very meticulous service! I will recommend to friends I know.
