Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

Good app, fast support, better UI, good communication, better understanding, but prices is high for new comers

I am very happy working with simprosys now as my google tracking didnt worked at all. Whatever I need or have questions, the whole Simprosys-team is very quick with his support and solves the issues successful. I talked to the Technical Support Representative and he helped me so much with the right setup.

I can recommend the App to everyone who faces issues with google tracking.

Finally found an app that will do what we need for our google shopping feed.
This app is not difficult at all. Very easy to implement with your posting and uploading routine.
The support is above standards. Everytime we had a question regarding the app, Amit was there to guide us to the right direction. Since installing this app all our products are being displayed on google and our conversions are increasing everyday.

Great support – they take all the time that is needed to help you out. Also the app seems to work. Good.

Installing this app has got rid of a lot of headaches for me! The support is really good and they helped me fix an issue with a shipping error. Each product was rejected by Google because it didn't recognise the free shipping option but the team helpfully explained how to correct it. The products synch easily too. I would recommend this app if you're not very technical as it takes away the pain.

Great App, with exceptional support!

We had been using the Shopify Google Shopping free app for the last 2 years but its technical support can't simply deal with any issues with their own app or the ones related to Merchant Center. On the contrary, Feed for Google Shopping app and their technical support team proved to be knowledgeable, responsive and highly professional, guiding and helping us not only with the initial set up, which was a complex process for us, but also solving some of the issues we had in Google Merchant Center. If you are serious about running shopping ad campaigns, this app is the solution you need.

It has been good. I liked the customer service better when your hours were better. I have to time it before I go to bed to get help. But at least you help unlike Google.
