Very good. Works. No complains so far. Props to the team. More tutorials could be better on optimizing product feed. Thanks very much.

Pathetic App, took off the products from Merchant centre without letting me know.. caused me to lost hundreds of dollars in the peak season. Be careful.

You had installed the app on 14th Oct. As per our app's trial policy, you must get 21 days of Free Trial. (See screenshot of log on this URL - http://bit.ly/2XijV0h)

We could have stopped our services and removed your products on the same day of the expiration of the trial or the next day.

But NO, we waited for 10 more days before we suspended our services to your business.

Also, it is not true that you were not informed about the suspension.

During the trial period, you were sent 3 reminders, 7 days, 3 days prior to the expiration and on the same day of expiration. (See screenshot of email log on this URL - http://bit.ly/2Ob1giY)

Out of these 3, as per our logs, you had opened 2 reminders.

For other merchants, this merchant is using our app on 3 of his stores and two already have charge activated. (See screenshot - http://bit.ly/2NNtm4N)

Update: Support team has sent me emails on time but they all come to spam so I did not read them. I will check back later. I will change review when the problems were solved.

--- customer service bad. I can't contact. I can't change the ID. the application still has bugs. please help me.----

This app is a MUST HAVE if you plan to have your products on google and other shopping feeds. Truly an easy platform to use and makes my life so much easier. Customer service is also incredible. I had the pleasure of working with Sachin who was impeccable. I had an issue of mine regarding my SKU’s not displaying and Sachin had it fixed in seconds. Thank you Sachin for your help!

Awesome support. Definitely needed and hard to come by in this Shopify world these days. First app I have found while using Shopify were the support team actually support you and the feed back they give is top notch. Merchant centre can be so hard to work out if you are a first time user like myself. Really nice to know these guys are here to help get your product to google ads. They really do a magnificent job.. Well done =-)

Ok, firstly before reading the review - don't just blindly install this or any other app for Google feed or Google Channel without first looking up things like "suspension of Google Merchant Account" on YT and see how a person (like myself) might excitedly install such and the next moment find themselves with a suspended account! Totally gut-wrenching for anyone trying to simply get started with advertising on Google Shopping... Now, that said, if you take things slowly at first, you might actually get accepted my Google, and the EASIEST way to sort out your Google Fields in bulk on your products is by using THIS APP. The Shopify native Google Channel is far too clunky to use and doesn't easily filter everything. This GSF app is the "bees knees"! So far the service staff have been wonderful for me, and I've had prompt, knowledgeable assistance via email and their chat interface. Yep, they rock! (Whereas there is a "free app" out there whose service people, within minutes of me chatting to them, wanted admin access to my Google Merchant Account... yeah right.... like, what the...!?).
Yeah nah, like I said, these guys rock - the GSF dudes are "ridgey-didge"! (Look it up if you don't know..)
I think the feed syncing feature of the app is sweet, though the channel submission selection needed an instructional video to find.. that could be stuck somewhere on a product line for easier access (but I suppose it's just something to get used to, since the bulk editing on this app kicks arse! (and yeah, that's the way I spell it..)) ;)

By Far the Best Feeder App among all apps on Shopify App Store
and it is just the icing on the cake . The core of this App is the wonderful App support. I am completely pleased with this App as it is so Robust and high in performance that could handle my huge number of products with Ease. The features of this App are so Amazing that we need not look back to Shopify store for any chages as this app will accomodate A-Z cleansing of products data before it releases the products to Merchant Centre.

Amit & Team ,you are just Brilliant!!!! Thanks very much for your assistance in helping me out right from the beginning and fixing my issues with ease and i could not have asked for more!

Esperienza negativa, dopo aver installato questo schifo ha distrutto il sistema di spedizione gestito in maniera automatica. Nonostante aggiunti manualmente rimane lo stesso errore. Lontani da questa app
