I have tried to contact Google Merchant Center with little to no help and long vague replies about policy violations that is a list of like 30 possible things. Additionally spoke to Shopify support who did not provide much insights either. There is no online chat support at all! And the panel is too confusing and difficult to work with. Awful!

Amazing app. Wouldn't use anything else to get my catalogue to FB and Google.
Conversion tracking tags are also a useful feature.
