I just started using this app so I can’t fully comment on it yet. But so far, so good! One thing is for certain, the customer service is ASTOUNDING. Ruchi helped me in getting some things set up and went above and beyond in making sure I got everything set up correctly. I wish all apps had this level of quality and customer care. Something that is sorely missing in this day and age. Two thumbs up from me!
The integration was seamless, and the platform is incredibly user-friendly. Managing product feeds and optimizing listings have become so much easier, saving us time and boosting our visibility. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring any questions or issues are resolved quickly. Highly recommend.

The app is highly effective. I have utilised it in my other Shopify stores with great success. However, what sets Simprosys app apart is the exceptional level of support it provides. Considering the recent regulations imposed by Google Merchant, there is a 50-50 chance that your new website may face suspension. Nevertheless, with the invaluable support and guidance offered by Simprosys app, there is a significant likelihood that this issue can be resolved.

The ongoing support is exceptional. The team are very helpful and responded quickly to my requests. In fact they went out of their way to make my day. The work would be a better place if all companies provided the level of service that Simprosys does. I definitely recommend this company and their apps to everyone.
The app is very good and they have everything you need and more.
Support is very slow and inefficient.
Emails with problems are answered in over 3 days, if ever.
Problems remain unsolved (about 3 in my case).
The main problem is terrible store speed downgrade and the lack of support.
If you have a month to debug and go back and forth, it's worth it.
Maybe I will come back but I didn't had this time at the moment.
