Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

Would recommend Simprosys to anyone who's running an e-commerce business. Their customer support team is amazing, very prompt responses and assistance. Ashvin, especially, is amazing!! I am small business marketer, I would say the Google merchent center and feed is super complicated. I run into Simprosys, at beginning, it is also very hard to me, but I was so lucky to meet the support team of Simprosys, they are so nice and professional. I appreciate all the help ! This is a really good company!

The app has been giving us consecutive issues with price mismatch issues over almost a year, every time we contact the common things they says is:
do not use Shopify geolocation app popup
your micro data has issues and they every time fix it and still the issue exists.
they want us to override all Shopify market conversion prices from automatic to manual.

every single thing is done every time and the issue keeps on appearing the problem with them is there senior management is just not bothered and they put everything over to the juniors who just have basic know how or they are just not bothered at all. every single website we have is same issues, I would not recommend them at all although we are stuck with them and cannot switch as of now as its too much of a work for now. Typical problem with Indian companies the moment they become big everything goes to junior staff who is not bothered I wont say not capable they are just non serious.

The app is excellent for syncing our catalog with Merchant Center. The customer support is outstanding. We received real-time assistance via chat as we were within their working hours, which is very efficient. Abhishek was incredibly helpful, staying 30 mins past his shift to complete our integration. Nilesh also provided great support with setting up feeds for additional countries and adjusting our current feed. Our feed is now approved by Google. Contrary to any negative claims, their customer support is both reliable and efficient.

Great experience with the team helping clear up Merchant Centre issues. Communication was excellent and what was discussed was fulfilled to 100% accuracy. Would recommend using Simprosys to others for sure.
