Support was great. I highly recommend this app for both the upload to google merchant center but also the support was amazing.
After much research looking for a Shopping Feed App, I decided on this one, after reading lots of positive reviews. This is a very good app at an affordable price. The support team has been fantastic. Any issues or questions I had were dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally. Well done guys!

i can bet this app has fake reviews. the poorest customer support i have come ever by any of shopify app i have ever used. don't ever try to use this.

If you have proof of any other communication, kindly share the details that you were not responded with the correct resolution.

Excellent customer support, can't fault it. We have been struggling with our complex shipping rates, finally we got in touch with Simprosys via chat and the support has been excellent, every step of the way. The issue hasn't been fully resolved yet but I'm confident it will be very soon. Thanks

This app makes google ads very easy and convenient to use. The customer support for this app is outstanding. Really professional people who can solve your hardend doubts in just a 20min call! Would strongly recommend you to use this app for serious growth.
Awesome app! Works better than the Google one as the Google one isn't able to group variants into a product - so for every color, size etc variant for a product it creates a new product! This app is able to do it for starter, which Google Shopify app isn't and does it seamlessly . Also, super fast and great CS!
