I used this app to help feed my products to google merchant. I was experiencing some issues with my products and submitted an email to support. They were patient with me and my "newness" to all of this. Eventually, we landed on the fix and getting things sorted out. They were quick to respond and always responded with relevant steps to help figure things out.

It is a rare that a company goes to such lengths to help its customers. Great app that is easy to use and the support is first class. It's regularly updated whenever Google Ads or Google Merchant Center changes. We use it for Google and Bing Shopping. Recommended.

I've only just started to use the app (properly), however the support has been fantastic. I was having an issue with the shipping costs disallowing products in merchant centre - this has been resolved super quickly by Simprosys. They were very easy to deal with, and when asking me to give them access etc, they sent videos on how to do this, so I didn't waste time figuring things out. Bit shout out to Saad as well, really helpful and responsive.
I find large tech companies so hard to get an answer from these days, (3wks to get a recent fix - and hrs to call centre- best not mention company involved!)

Great app at a good price. We are using it for google, bing, and Facebook product catalog. Easy to use.
