I was very well assisted, and the possible reasons why my account on Google Merchant Center is suspended were clearly pointed out to me, with clear suggestions to make the necessary changes.
They have outstanding service. They provide help with google merchant service free of charge. Unlike other companies they want to charge you extra fee for a small advice. I have this same company for my other store and I love the app. Very easy to use and very easy to submit your items for advertising and very easy to unpublish items that are not popular sale which saves you time and money.
Amazing and quick support, my products were disapproved at first but now they're approved.. these guys literally hopped into my account and did the work for me while i was resting back and saw them getting all my products approved for google shopping.. which initially got disapproved when i tried to upload the feed. They are no brainer at this price
Best App, best support. I had a problem with some products and a developer solved it less then 12 hours later. Thank you for being the best support I've ever have.
I can highly recommend the app. For every error message you can find an answer on the FAQ side. The app connecte really well with shopify and google ads account. Installation was really easy.
The only feed that you will need. Service is amazing. The best thing si that the app is constantly updated for changes in Google/Bing/FB requirements. BTW don't be fooled by the name, the app works for FB (Catalog) and Bing Marketing and Bing Webmaster tools
Great service and response time. I sent an email with a query and received a response the same day.
Worst customer service in Shopify app. Install only if you do not need customer service. They have a chat feature which does not work. They give total silent treatment, no response or chat message even does not work
