Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

I am extremely disappointed with this app, as it is currently not working for my store. I have attempted to contact their support team multiple times over the past few days regarding these issues, but I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and technical support has been very frustrating.

This app should be avoided at all costs. It ruined our Google Merchant feed within 1 hour. We went from 20,000 listings to double that and the instructions they gave to fix it removed our original feed and now our whole account is flagged for misrepresentation over a holiday weekend???? It was working perfectly for 10+ years prior to this awful app experience.

This app is absolutely trash! It ruined our Google Merchant feed within 1 hour. We went from only 25 listing issues to over 22,000 and now they refuse to help us fix the issue. We have been on Shopify for over a decade, and wanted a solution to help with bulk submission of our feed since Google removed in product metadata editing awhile go. I would stay away!

Nach einem Wochenende testen wieder deinstalliert, das kann ein Unternehmen ruinieren! Meiner Einschätzung nach liegt das an fehlerhafter Sprachanpassung englischsprachiger App / deutschem Merchant Center. Beispiele:
In der App hinterlegte Artikelzustände werden gar nicht übermittelt.
Die App zeigt längst behobene Fehlermeldungen des Merchant Center (welche nicht einmal das Merchant Center selbst anzeigt) nach Stunden immer noch an.
Da alle 278 Artikel meines Shops fehlerbehaftet (u. a. lokale Inventardaten, obwohl gar nicht aktiviert und auch die Datenguellen im MC gelöscht sind) übertragen wurden als mit der Google-eigenen App und weiterhin als "Begrenzt" angezeigt werden, bleibt mir nur das Löschen. Schade!
Mehr Glück nach einer vernünftigen Lokalisierung der App.

This app resulted in a Google Merchant Centre suspension, with unclear reasoning as to why but started when the app was installed. Customer support were unhelpful. Their app itself doesn't do anything special, it sets up the most basic campaign and then you still need to go into Google Ads to ensure you've got your detailed setup done, so it's useless. I don't recommend this at all, stay away.

We discovered that the Simprosys app is automatically turning on tracing tags via the Web Pixels API without our permission. This is a serious concern because it results in duplicate events being sent to platforms, which can completely distort analytics and ad tracking data.

I have been using this app for 3 years but I am starting to realize now how much they came in the way of our data collection.

Sure it is great value for $5, but do you really want your data collection from ads to be setup by a team that just copies and pastes answers? These guys are the laziest people when it comes to ticket resolution. Often times I get the same message of giving them access in the same thread, something I have given them years ago and repeatedly remind them. It takes 30 responses to get anything resolved, and this week I decided to move on to another tool.

If you spend thousands on ads, take to a better solution, these guys have a terrible product. I have been using them for 3 years and in the last week my data collection has improved significantly with another tool.

Pay cheap prices and get cheap service, as simple as that

Excellent service 5 stars for you guys this was my review when i joined the app and was with them for a couple of months.
its time now that it looks like they have grown there business and do not have time to provide support - more than a month has passed despite teh fact i have been messaging them every few days and there is just no response from Abhishek and Milan - Milan specially when he knows the importance of the issue.

avoid at all costs. support is horrific. the app doesn't work.
We have been struggling with this App. Out of Stock items continue to show up in paid Ads. We want product to be able to be purchased-even if out of stock-but not have the items advertised so we pay for Clicks. THIS APP DOES NOT ALLOW THIS! Support is horrific...long delays to respond....zoom calls are a complete waste of time as you can't understand a word that is said. Stay away from this App.
