great app that allows me to manage thousands of variants through clever automated rules, that would make it otherwise impossible to keep my remarketing ads free from unwanted clutter.

The only reason it isn't 5 stars is just down to the sheer volume of functionality that I find a bit overwhelming, including all the alerts and notifications to activate this and that feature in my marketing that isn't necessarily relevant.

Responsive support and flexible app, but I am missing the ability to customize the brand name field.

works well, but as a complete novie, I needed support to update certain things. The customer advisor was very helpful and patient and although I didnt complete the tasks I need to do I feel that I can comfortably revisit the chat and ick up where I lfet off

The app takes a little while to get your head around. Honestly not the easiest thing to use. However, the customer support team are fantastic. I've been helped by Siddhartan who's been great. Reasonably priced too I think

Have not been using for long but the support has been really good when we've needed it and good functionality. My only comment would be that I don't find the app super user friendly.

Good app for basic Google and Facebook feeds, with very good support!

It has been good. I liked the customer service better when your hours were better. I have to time it before I go to bed to get help. But at least you help unlike Google.

We are using this app to take advantage of shipping labels for different shipping methods. Although had a few issues (user mistake, not problems with the app), support has been helpful and have answered all our questions.
