there online chat system never works. they replied your email after 4 days. very unprofessional. i recommended to all never use it. Now i will try to find other app.

If you look at the app store listing, we don't promise chat support. We provide Chat support only when our team is relatively free from pending tickets.
Regarding response time, we have responded to you within a timely manner. But seems your inbox was not working. That might have been another reason your emails were not reaching to us too.
