Update: They were able to help me to figure this out and get the conversions working again.

Update: For some reason conversion tracking is no longer working. The purchase conversion is not showing anything but add to cart and begin checkout are. I see no where how to fix this and don't understand why it stopped working.

The support was excellent. They helped me get everything setup and working the way I needed it. They even helped me get it working with features that it didn't have. All our products are looking great now!
