Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

I’ve been using Simprosys Google Shopping Feed for a while now to setup the Google feed, and I’m really impressed. It makes connecting my store’s products with Google Shopping. The setup was quick, and syncing feeds happens reliably without many errors.

Support team is helpful, i would suggest using this app specially if you are targeting multiple countries.

This app does require some time to configure and we only use it for Google Merchant Centre feed at this stage, but the support team have always been very responsive to any questions relating to the functionality and more importantly providing technical help in relation to Google Merchant Centre feeds, certainly more that the actual Google support team.

Excellent service, stayed with the issue and followed it through to the end. Ashvin explained every step carefully and I knew exactly what was going on the whole time.

I had major issues with my Google Merchant Center feed showing currency mismatches between product prices and shipping. Even though my store default currency was AUD, I needed to sell across Europe, the UK, and the US with correct feeds.

The Simprosys team quickly identified the issue and explained that because WooCommerce was set to AUD, shipping was also being pushed in AUD, causing Google errors. They fixed the problem efficiently and made sure my feeds were consistent and approved by Merchant Center.

Their support was fast, professional, and really understood how multi-currency and Content API feeds work. Now my products are syncing correctly, and my international ads can run without disapprovals.

Highly recommend Simprosys if you’re running multi-country Google Shopping campaigns. They know exactly what they’re doing.

Customer support from Saad was excellent, he was extremely patient while we tested the settings with Google and was able to walk me though and adjust the settings on what was a very complex problem to unravel.
