This is the perfect app for feed and tracking. Customer support is awesome. They are always available for quick help. Loving this app so easy to use using it for a while and they always update this according according to new google updates
The support from Simprosys is very helpful. Not only do they provide concrete points for improvement, but they even include screenshots. They also really think along with you. That is very helpful and, for me, unfortunately better than the support from Google.
Das ist eine sehr umfassende App, die viele wichtige Themen zusammenbringt. Händler sollten allerdings ausreichend Zeit investieren um die Wechselwirkungen hinsichtlich er Schnittstellen und Stammdaten-Feeds genau zu verstehen. Bei uns gab es zunächst Probleme, weil der Feed das Merchant Center überladen hatte woraufhin die Ads nicht korrekt ausgespielt wurden. Dies zu beheben war letztlich nicht so schwer, aber es musste halt gemacht werden.

I was frustrated by all the error messages given by Google in the Merchant Center. Then one day, happened to notice a message by Google in the Merchant Center recommending the Simprosys app. I decided to install it since the recommendation was coming from the horse's mouth.
Sure enough, after installing the app, it was so pleasing to see all the Google errors for the store products going away. All the products are now indexed in Google without any issues, which is delightful.
costumer support dont know what they are doing. I followed the instruction of costumer support to add a market. after 10min my products are disaproved, everytime they say something else. When i show them what the error is, they dont listen they dont care about your bussiness;)
Update: The next day they contacted me and helped me with everything.
They fixed my feed, fixed the products that was disapproved! The reaction time was very fast and i can always depend on them!

With his excellent help, we got everything set up in minutes. Then he waited around to ensure everything was working, pointed out to update my shipping policy, and badaboom it was done. Excellent customer service. Fast response time, explaining the issues and deploying rapid solutions. Using the Symprosys Google shopping feed for 4 years now, instead of the native Shopify feed. This app allows more customization, and tweaking your feed to get your products approved quicky in Google Merchant Center. We have increased our revenue with this app. I highly recommend.
The app is extremely useful, and the support team is very responsive. One improvement I’d suggest for Simprosys is to provide online chat support during U.S. business hours.
