The app gives you more flexibility and options for improving & optimizing your product feed compared to your regular Google sales app. Support was excellent & top notch. I strongly recommend this app!
Great App, and great support. I had a different google issue that was not related to this particular App, but Amit was quick to help me with it, and fixed what needed to be fixed.
This app was easy to use and does the job it's supposed to. The support team is fantastic. They reply quickly and always go above and beyond!
Had a huge problem connecting my shopify store’s products to google merchant and thus wanted to try out this app as i was looking for a solution! This app works great, it imported my products straight away and the support Team is amazing! Totally worth it!

i am getting issue in google ads tracking after using simprosys app paid version and there is no contact details from the team. i tried emailing at support@simprosys.com but that also failed as it seems the email is not working anymore.
do you have any working support system?

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
During our email conversation, we discovered that you are also using the same conversion action (conversion pixel) to track purchases made through a custom checkout page (not Shopify's native checkout). And those conversions are not reported with the Enhanced Conversions parameters to your Google Ads Account. That is the main cause of the issue you are seeing with the Conversion Actions Diagnostics tab. Below are the snapshot links.

Apart from this, there were many other manually added scripts added in the Additional Scripts Section of Checkout Settings. In addition, another app was also inserting scripts for tracking conversions. They also caused some issues with conversion tracking and reporting.
We have already assisted you with removing unwanted scripts and apps as well as suggested a way to fix that warning via the same email.

The app works really well and the support is always excellent. Response times to queries are really quick to an helpful.
The App does exactly what it says we have over 15 K product in the catalog and the feed took all without any glitch. Customer service is amazing it not only helped me to set up feed but also set up Google Auto and Dynamic retatergeting. I already made the sale on the first week within a trial period. Simprosys Infomedia is a customer oriented company and has amazing products.Good Luck !

This is a fairly complex app. a lot of depth to what you can do. Because of that I have relied on the support department fairly heavily. I have to say this seems to be where they really excel, fast response, problem solvers that will stick with you till issues resolved. I had considered moving to the free app but the monthly fee is a reasonable cost for having an app. that works properly and a competent team supporting the product.
The app is great and the customer service responds fast. The only issue that I have with this app is the growing errors that I receive every day about the mismatched value and having to crawl my website. I have no idea why this happens and although customer service fixes it quickly, if I'm running Google ads my ads stop running and ranking and it takes 7-8 days to recrawl my sites so I'm losing money and every day more items have this issue and I never have this issue with the regular Google shopping app but customer service is great.
