Really good app to use., much better than other apps we've used in the past. We only had to use support once after having an issue with Bing with multiple feeds from other apps we had used. Support was quick, and they pointed out exactly what was causing the issue. Fast and quick with screenshots by the company. Overall: Yes, well worth using this app over other apps!

Great app for a simple and smooth upload of products to the merchant centre. The customer service has been excellent too. Would recommend.

Their customer support team is absolutely fantastic – super fast responses and answered all our trouble-shooting queries quickly and clearly. We've now got the feeds set up, looking forward to getting running with Feed For Google Shopping. I know I'll be in good hands if we have any technical questions.

I just contacted the team member at simprosys. He was very very helpful and informative and the application is just awesome you just need to do a few clicks then it works automatically. Very happy with the application and the Help and Support they provided me.

Couldn't ask for better customer service, 3 year old store, used 100's of apps, these guys respond within an hour and fix problems that are not even in their remit!

I used this app to connect my shopify store to my google shopping merchant account. It seemed a bit overwhelming at first but there were some great videos explaining things clearly and when I spoke to customer care they were fast, friendly and very efficient. Highly recommended!

The app is great...have used it for multiple stores. True story, had a Warning from Google that I was in violation of policy for products, contacted support and they apologized somehow got the issue resolved next day. My account was no longer in violation...still don't know how they did it :) Better than most any Google Feed you will find out there, believe me before Simprosys I had tried other's two or three, Simprosys is A+ hands down the Best!
