Abhishek Mishra, a PPC Expert, easily helped me resolve an issue I recently had. I found the process easy and efficient. I've utilized the help of other PPC Experts and found the process equally as efficient. My concern about all apps is the ability to get help when needed - based on my experience with this app, I would say that they have superior support.
This app totally messed up my prejudges about Indian developers! Its defenetly one of the most impressive apps/plugins that I have ever used, period. Works very well without any problems, like we had with the App from Google itself, which was pretty bad.
But the best ist support. They help you very fast and competently, even with extra tasks and needs that would not be included in their responsibilitys. Three Thumbs up ;-)

Installed it a week or so ago and it seems to be working very well, especially compared to the native Google Shopping channel available through Shopify which we deleted (we found that rather clunky). You can update Errors from Google Merchant Center in bulk which is a big plus. We can also use the same feed for Microsoft Merchant Center and Ads (formerly Bing Ads) so it saves us a lot of time. We did have the Bing Feed by them, but deleted it once we found out this would take care of both. Support has been stellar. They are always prompt to return emails and provide guidance where needed. 5 Stars all the way!
