We are still in the process of setting everything up, but so far customer service has been great! In addition, this app is much easier to use than Shopify's google app.
This is the best app to submit your shopping items to google. Google Official App is no good. Use this one and you will not be disappointed.

I was having challenges with my google merchant center product errors. Amit, a support tech on the app team, was amazing. I shared some info he requested and within the hour he has everything corrected . This could have taken me days to fix myself . I did not need to do anything further on my end. I highly recommend this app.
