Comprehensive and first-class tech support. Even while we were in the trial period, tech support helped us navigate some problematic GTIN/identifier and G-Merchant Center feed issues. The small monthly fee is well worth the peace of mind of knowing that your products are being fed to merchant center in a way that won't trigger common warnings and disapprovals.
One of the best tracking apps I have ever used for my businesses
First of all, the app is incredible! Powerful and easy to use. But the best part is, the Simprosys team is quick to help and jump on any issue you might have. They're friendly and patient and thorough in their guidance. I couldn't be happier with the app and the customer support!

Firstly, the Google & YouTube Channel app provided by Shopify / Google is so bad that it could get your merchant account suspended. It won't let you select an existing MCA and forces you to create a new one. This is a known issue for around 2 years when you search for help online. Still not fixed.
Also, I am waiting to hear back from Google support for 5 days one 2 tickets regarding this issue, no reply. And Shopify support said they can't do anything.
Secondly, SimProSys is a DEEP integration app between Google Merchant Center, Google Ads Shopify, and even has Pinterest and other integrations. You can do a LOT with this app that you can't with other apps.
But what amazed me is their support team. Their man Prem stayed with me for over two hours and made sure that everything was set up correctly on two domains. I really appreciate his help. I know I'm in good hands with these people and my stores are seamlessly connected with my MC accounts now.
