I ran into a few hiccups getting my products published because of a missing variant required in the category. I could have spent hours trying to figure this issue out and this plugin made it clear and easy to fix. Excellent plugin.

Working good. Some problems if you dont have regular upc codes.

This app does the integration - but it is the most tedious thing I've ever used. Typically, every single product has to be updated to set the Google Product Category. This means you have to set every product manually. It takes forever. This could have been automated to flag groups of products with the desired category, which would have made the app pretty good.

Easy way to import to Google! It helps with many improvements on my website, see for yourself. http://www.candycakeweddings.com/

For all the complexities that go into Google Shopping/Adwords, this app does simplify the process dramatically.

However, because of its lack functions and support competitors in the same space will out rank your listing if they have a better understanding of Google Shopping.

The Good:
- Slick Shopify-worthy UI and workflow. A pleasure to use.

The Bad:
- Outdated. Based on past Product Feed Specification.

The Ugly
- Just plain wrong. App is not only outdated, but also based on some unfortunate misinterpretations of Google's Product Feed Specification. It makes me sad, only because Shopify's in-house features are usually so much better executed by comparison.

The Resolution:
Ultimately I was able to write my own feed generation tool, thanks to Shopify's amazingly excellent API.

Requiring unique image for each variant is a joke! I have been using google shopping more than 3 years, never used unique images on variants and never have issue.

Shopify should let store owners make this decision.

This app is useless unless they change this rule. Now I have to pay to another google shopping app because of this restriction.

Worked great for me. The hard part is figuring out how to manage Google Shopping campaigns...

It was great, but now there's a HUGE problem.

Google's Shopping Feed policy requires that images submitted contain no branding, watermarks, or logos. This Shopify app by default chooses the first product photo from your product pages to submit to google for the shopping feed. This means, the main product pictures on your shopify website can not contain branding, watermarks or logos, if you want to use this app to populate your Google Shopping Feed.

I requested a feature upgrade to Shopify a few weeks ago whereby the user can choose which of the product photos are used for the Google feed, so you can have one without logos/branding for the Google feed, and whatever picture you want for your webpage.

It's been two weeks, and every time I ask support at Shopify, they say the wizard of oz can not be questioned. Once a request for feature upgrade is submitted, it disappears into the wizards hat, and no one can determine if it's even being worked on. NO ONE. They way I'll know if the feature has been considered, is if it suddenly appears.

The problem is that Google has threatened account suspension unless my photos meet their policy guidelines. I will either need to find a different way to generate my feeds so I can use a different picture, or I'll have to make each of the product photos on my website just a plain product on a white background.

Thanks for nothing Shopify :(

Thanks A lot ! Very Good And Easy To Use .
