I had a problem with the app.
Got Chatting with a representative who was nice enough to educate me on what the requirements for the badge is.

Not what I wanted to hear, but they surely gave me the knowledge to overcome the problem.

The app works great; configuring yourself is possible, but I would recommend going through the configuration and then reaching out to support to verify and adjust; their support is really good, and they are able to get it working perfectly quickly. Highly recommend.

The team at SMPS is so helpful and reliable! they were able to help me set up my code correctly since I think I was doing something wrong. They came in and handled the entire thing for me. I would recommend this app.

Am tech illiterate. Have emailed them 4-5 times since downloading this very straightforward app to ask (in hindsight) very straightforward questions. They responded quickly and kindly every single time. Great app and service. We recommend!!

Always great service

Firstly, it is great that this app is a "one time charge" and not a "subscription" app which so many other extensions unnecessarily use.

Next I would like to thank Saad for his great support in helping me setup. I had a problem where I was using Merchant Center Next, which does not support the current integration for Google Reviews, however there was a workaround. Saad basically did most of the work for me and within a few minutes Google Reviews was working on my store.

I can definitely recommend this to others in a similar situation to myself.

I could not get it to work following the simple instructions. I tried everything. After reaching out to support they were able to fix the problem right away.
