It's a very simple app with some ways to modify settings. Their service has been responsive and helpful. At one point, we asked them to modify the app so that the reviews only show up on our USA domain and turn it off on international domain versions of our site. They were quick to implement the changes, and I am overall satisfied.

UPDATE: it's been roughly 2 years since we activated this app and we've had hundreds of great reviews and we can attribute substantial incremental revenue and an increase in CTR and conversions. Amit is always on the ball to provide amazing customer service as well.

Great app, and the team is quick to respond along with helpful in getting all the code installed so no coding experience is required.

We are very happy with this app integration. Instruction was very easy to follow. I thought it's almost impossible to get trusted store badge on a Shopify store, but Simp made it happen. I highly recommend this app.
