Code worked, their support text was useful in letting us know that email addresses associated with the store may not show the survey. We installed it outside Indian office hours, so never actually received support.

The app is brilliant, works as described. Also, the support and customer service is amazing, they help with the set up and guide step by step, including really useful details and I didn't expect. Especially, Milan is the great representative of the support team - very useful!
