Disappointed. Unable to get this to work. Have literally tried everything. Than saw reviews that majority of us are having the same problems. Google needs to fix the errors and help so that our products can be listed properly or just remove this app entirely

I have been trying for a year to get my Google account from being suspended. Google has been useless. I didn't realize it had anything to do with this app. However, upon reading all the one-star reviews, I now see that seems to be the problem. I guess I won't waste any more time trying to get my account status corrected. I wish I had known this. I've wasted so many hours and the frustration is next level. I wonder if I should cancel my merchant account and make a new one. Is that a thing? I also somehow ended up with 2 Ad accounts. I can't seem to figure out how to delete the unused one. That account says it's restricted due to unauthorized payment issues even though I've never run an ad under that account number.

I am not very happy with this app at all.
GA4 Analytics, just does not deliver correct Data. Always Purchases or Add to Cart Values are missing.
Also the Sales appear earliest 1 day after. in Google Universal Analytics the Sales Data appeared just a max 15min later.
How can this be solved?

Nuked my entire google shopping catalog. Over $3,000,000 in product pulled from google in one fell swoop. Not a trustworthy channel at all. Will replace with a third party app

This app is bad. We are 8 days in trying to get 26 products approved, not able refresh the feed, will probably have to wait another 5 business days for them to tell me some things not right.. support is useless. Will probably have to delete and start fresh with the sales & orders app. We have 1400 products with this one on another store and never had any issues like this.

Tenia mi cuenta Google ADS pero cuando instale esta aplicacion dejo de funcionar la cuenta de google que había tenido por años y que me generaba muchas ventas, tube que desinstalarla y todavia dice que tengo un software dañoso. Nada que hacer... muy decepcionado
I used this app and my products were all the time not approved... I uninstalled the app and now I lost google console.

If you make a mistake to let the app "automatically" import your shipping settings, it will completely wipe out all shipping settings you may created manually. Also, the imported settings will not be applied to Shopping actions (the app does not know about shopping actions, because, like many other apps provided by Shopify it is about 18-24 month behind in functionality). As the result, you will be completely screwed!
Bottom line: the app provides limited functionality and causing a lot of harm

It is true that if you select automatic shipping settings, we wipe what's in your Google Merchant Center account, and we can definitely make that more obvious, and I'll pass that up to our team. We don't support Shopping Actions because right now it's only available in two countries, but we do support Surfaces Across Google, for free listings on Google. I got an email saying "Switch to the new Google Shopping channel before Jan 31, 2018"
This upgrading just wrecked my store selling on Google Shopping and ruined my Facebook Product Catalogs.
It only has a few Generic Google Product Categories. From the total 5,405 Google Product Categories, you get a drop list of only 14 choices and "OTHER."
14 out of 5,000? NUTS!
When I upgraded, it lost the Product Categories, Gender, and Age for over 1,000 products.
I have over 1,000 products with no way to bulk update. I have to update and save each product one by one in a web browser.
Image the downtime, lost sales and labor cost!!! No bulk edit. No CSV edit. Nothing.
I am ruined.
This thing is not anywhere near being functional for any type of business.
It is like it was made by people with no idea who uses it and what it is used for.
The FOUR MOST IMPORTANT parts of any Google Shopping Feed
1. The Product Category
2. A unique Product UPC Code or Manufacturer Part Number or SKU
3. Shopping campaign labels
4. Bulk Edit critical values
With out those four features, you got nothing that will work for anyone.
Installation is easy, but Google disapproves all products without any kind of help on what needs to be changed to get them approved. Contacting their customer support also doesn't help, as they simply refer you to their general list of requirements, which contains hundreds of entries. This makes it impossible to identify changes needed. Very disappointed.
