You will never get full success without this app. It makes that much difference. Take the time to use and work with it

So far it has been easy to setup and I look forward to figuring out how it will help sales in my online shop.

However, I do think a bit of UX design in the diagnostics area might help? For example, if I try to dig in deeper it looks like a spreadsheet but I cannot tell what the fields pertain to. Maybe there is a way to make a diagnostic tool to help people solve the issues specifically in bulk?

The simplicity of it, made it easy to use. There wasn't any problems with the integration process, and the installation was simple.
