The app was really easy to set up. I'm still waiting for product approval though, so hope no problems occur there.

saya sudah add app ini tapi kenapa tidak berkerja ya?saya sudah mencoba berkali kali di bagian "Add the refund policy and terms of service to your footer navigation menu" dan sudah selesai tapi tetap tidak checklist hijau selalu balik lagi harus setting ini.apakah ada yang bisa bantu saya?

terimakasih sudah menbantu saya selesaikan masalah ini dengan cepat dan tepat sekarang saya ubah ratingnya jadi 5 bintang.

If you click on the Settings gear link in the lower left of the Shopify admin page (not in the app) and add your return policies there, that should help resolve the issue. Absolute Garbage! Just look at the last week of 1 star reviews along with the last 30 pages that are 99% 1 star complaints, same reported issues going back almost a year with absolutely no resolve! Shopify is fully aware of (their) Google App's syncing issues, as they stated on the phone in one of my 4 phone calls to them in the past week alone. This is happening to thousands of businesses whose products don't have GTIN's, MPN's and/or are Custom/Made to Order. Shopify Support sent me a screenshot of my editing feed, telling me to mark the items "TRUE" for 'Custom product' which was literally already done in the screenshot they sent! If Shopify cannot provide proper syncing with Google, then what good is it? Google is 'the end all be all' for shop visibility, SEO, and sales...the only "Sales Channel" that really matters. If I can't get immediate assistance with resolve, I'm leaving the platform, as I'm sure will thousands of others experiencing these same issues. SHOPIFY, FIX YOUR DEVELOPMENT PROBLEMS OR FAILURE IS IMMINENT.

A real nightmare... Maybe usefull for small store with very few and common items AND at the launching time of the website.
I have 1000+ items with troubles in my shop... So it's totally useless.
For example :
1001 products didn’t publish to Google Shopping
View each product to learn how to resolve any errors.
Id product identifier issue: your product identifiers aren’t accurate..

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. Based on the error you mentioned, it sounds like some of your products may be missing the required information (http://bit.ly/35H2pGQ) needed for products to be properly added to the Google Shopping channel.
