so far so good. it seems to integrate with the shopify features pretty seamlessly. My store sells products that you wanna keep secret because its personal. I dont like that i have to put my email address on my website.
I used this app to collect data about my store and sell products online through Google Ads. There is some problem still.
With help from a Google chat with Lester, we were successful in getting our products on Google. Thanks.
10 days trying to get this to work and still my products sit pending due to failing the data structure.
I like this app. Very good service. Nice marketing so on. Very good to online market. This is my opinion.
This app does not work! Do not loose your time on it! They say it take 5-7 days to get an answer but after 2 weeks no response.
Thank you for sharing this feedback! I understand how frustrating the wait was. Typically, Google can take up to 10 business days to review and approve these products. Every product is reviewed individually so it can occasionally take longer. That being said, I’ve followed up with you via email so we can take a closer look at this issue. I am an important marketing tool but its not simple for a startup business owner to navigate and very difficult to understand what is expected of you.
As others have said... absolutel crap. Old app you could only upload certain collections or keep products from uploading by not putting a UPC on the product. New app? Nope uploads everything. Went from 400 products in my feed to all 1700 products we sell. Anyway to opt out of some of these products? Nope. Seriouesly shopify why push crap on your customers
This app says that my products are approved for Google Shopping but when I opened my Google Merchant Account, it has been disapproved. They do not show the same data. I've gone back and forth trying to fix things and this Shopify app keeps saying it's approved and the merchant account keeps saying its not. It is a scary app to use because it makes you think that your products are all okay and showing in Google Shopping but it's not - it looks like a cover-up for a bad job with creating the app.
