Won't work - just like the Facebook app. Is this a way to try to get more money to get a better app? Wish I knew this before I spent the time and money to set up my store.

This app is made by Shopify so if you ever have issues with it, you can contact Shopify Support and our team can assist. The product approval does need to come from Google but there are potential troubleshooting steps our team can work with you on. It is a must for every all commerces nowadays. Friendly interface when connected trough Shopify, haven't tried directly thru google.

At first it was complicated adding my shopify account onto google, but they've simplified it so much by creating an app within shopify that'll create and sync your products directly to google. Cant thank them enough for how simplified they've made it!!

Terrible experience. All my products are not approved. The Google error messages don't really help me fix the issues(s). My mugs are set as unique products. If you are new to something you don't know how to solve the issues.

I have no words! This app is awful. Same problem as most of the 1 star reviews. I've been dealing with this issue since I became a Shopify customer in July 2015. I was immediately suspended from the Google merchant account for misrepresentation as soon as Shopify connected my (2015!) Merchant account and was unable to get approval. I tried with other accounts and the result was the same.

Paola here with Shopify! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I completely understand how the Misrepresentation suspension can be confusing. Google does not share with us further details on why they have flagged an account, although I truly wish they did. From our end, as mentioned in previous reviews, we can only provide you guidance based on our own experience. But at the end of the day, it's totally up for Google if they will lift the suspension or not.

I use this app so that more people can see my products. Google is very popular. It is one of the best search engine in the world. It is being used daily by a lot of people. It is user friendly and easy to find what you are looking for.
