Have gone CRAZY trying to figure out what I am doing wrong and why my products do not sync to Merchant Center anymore. Wish I had read the previous reviews earlier! Clearly there is a SERIOUS issue happening and customer support is really unhelpful. They first told me to open a new support ticket because I was not logged in (crazy, right, since I mentioned all info about my account in my ticket). Then the new ticket guy tells me to resync and wait. When what they should do is ADMIT they have a problem, stop making is about US and FIX it!!!!!

We are having an issue where our products are approved in Shopify's Google section but are not showing up in our Google Merchant Products and Feed. Submitted a ticket but did not receive an actionable response.

Adil here from Shopify. Thank you for providing that feedback. I'm sorry to hear of the product sync issues that you are facing on the Google channel. can not get it to work...keeps unpublishing items due to gtin/mpn..We have custom products that do not have these. Tried everything we read about to fix this issue..Is useless

Used this to try to connect my Shopify with Google Shopping. It was somewhat simple to connect but took a little learning for ME

I want the old app back... the one is forcing to rewrite my descriptions... that is tons of work I DONT need . This is absolutely terrible
