Have been going around in circles trying to get this to work with custom made products, all my products are handmade, therefore no barcodes. I’ve spent days trying to get this to work. I think I might be doing something wrong with it.

can not connect my youtube to my shopfiy store

For one month I have had 90% of my products "pending" I asked shopify and they said I need to fix my Google Shopping fields... not the case because Google isn't rejecting products they just aren't being sent all of them.

Beyond disappointed in this app. The switch from the old app to this one has been very detrimental to our sales and traffic. 1/3 of our products are disapproved (previously 0 disapproved), citing incorrect/missing GTIN and we have not changed a single thing in terms of data/MPN/GTIN codes. When we try to re-enter or fix a code, nothing changes. I'm at a loss. We rely so heavily on Google Shopping that if this is not remedied, we will be forced to move to another platform. Shopify, please please please look into these issues, this has a major impact on my store and dozens others based on these reviews alone.
Indeed, I don't understand this app. They suspended my account for misrepresentation and the only thing I did was drophip the item. I have fixed the issues they said and sent several emails. When you try to contact customer service, it doesn't let you. I got the google merchant. I dont know what to do no more. And this app is not for beginners because if you end up putting something wrong, they suspend the account, and there is no way to fix it. I would think google would have better customer service and beginner friendly.

Using this app is a disaster. It is not known why this application is used added Google Adwords code incorrectly n . This caused huge problems for Google ADs when tracking conversions!! It took me a long time, and I eventually had to uninstall it, to figure out how to fix it. NOTE: If you have to use this addon to connect Shopify to Google GMC, be sure to check every step and keep an eye on it. At least for a while after it's configured until you're sure it's working properly. Otherwise, you'll have to do it all over again from scratch as I did.

Ridiculous that this app is only available if you sell is US Dollars. What about the millions of other stores around the world who want to use Google Shopping? Shocking from Shopify to ignore a huge bulk of their customers.
Why did it change from the previous version. Can't us this now because we don't sell in USD
My account was suspended due to misrepresentation its unbelievable so many people this happening too right now, come on google shed some light so people can correct the error

After connecting my YouTube brand channel all products are imported to YouTube. But you are unable to connect to my main Google Ads account. You can only use your Google Ads account if you have a personal YouTube account. Almost no professional YouTuber uses a personal YouTube account. A YouTube brand account does not have its own email address and thats why you can not access to Google ads.
