Very easy to get into
I set up my account and all the third party tools in less than a day
Haven't had a problem thus far
I use this app to help me advertise my company, I really like the platform and how it’s beginner friendly
Horrible Customer Service - shopify not google - The app makes lots of errors on the feed (not showing the url). Support are bad, the app is bad.
i love using this app. so far it has made it that much easier to reach a consumer market i was yet able to penetrate using other outlets
Horrible Customer Service! We have been running very good shopping campaigns since 2018. Come The end of May 2021 something in Google changed and adds stop running with success and cost skyrocketed. We were getting 500% return on ad spend and now it is one to one. We have reached out to Google from 2 months and the support or underwhelming. We even got disconnected on Phone call and they never attempted to call back. The shopping campaigns are automated and we have accepted/acted upon every recommendation from Google. Support is non existent. We should have learned our lesson after building Google Shopping Site and Google discontinued the efforts.

it was a quick and easy set up! Even automatically made a merchant account for me. There isn't a huge learning curve because this app made it so easy. Though it's still my early days of using it, we'll see how it goes!
