I installed this app as the last version I had was no longer supported and forced me to change. This app over wrote my existing Google Merchant account and lost all history. My products were then suspended in Google shopping because some moron on in India thinks protein powder is a banned pharmaceutical. Nice work Google! Can't say enough about how frustrating it is to do business with you and companies that use support centers in India. I would give you a worse rating if I could but I will just move my ads to Amazon where they get triple the ROI of Google Shopping, I recommend others do the same. Of course this hurts your business Shopify team. Are you listening?

I can see that some of your products were banned through Google's algorithm, and consequently, resulting in the account getting suspended. Based on your feedback, it seems that you've reached out to Google looking for a solution but they've provided limited answers. I understand how frustrating this can be, especially the old app was functioning normally prior to your transition.

Google Shopping does not sync all the product's fields in Shopify automatically so i have to manually fill them and ask for google merchant center to manually review them. i hope they can be integrated together more in the future.

I became a Google Merchant in 2010 and at the end of March. When I launched a Google ADS campaign within a couple of days , it the same moment I connected my merchant account to the campaign I was immediately sent an email by Google stating that my merchant account had been suspended. Upon coming here to the review site I was astonished at how many recent 1 star reviews were posted by other Shopify customers with exactly the same result of Google suspending the merchant accounts under the exact problem heading of misrepresentation . Very disappointed for the lack of due diligence for Shopify customers who now have suspended merchant accounts caused by misrepresentation of what?? Nobody knows, at least that is what the other reviews say. Then answer from Google is also very vague and does not have any ideas on offering a solution to fix this serious problem

I got my Merchant account suspended after I installed this channel. I even tried myself to fix the problems since I got no support! After that I even hired someone to help. My account is still suspended
