I love this app, i would recommend shopify to everyone. very user friendly i am a etsy seller and from experience they can be much at times so simple and educational

Set up was relatively easy and the campaign did bring traffic to our site. Obviously would have preferred it sales had resulted.

Have used for about 2 years and it was very easy to use. But recently (January 2022) this has not been syncing my GTIN's and I get a warning on my Shopify dashboard that most, if not all of my products, have a publishing error on Google due to missing GTIN. All of the applicable products have the correct GTIN entered in the GTIN field.

Adil here from Shopify. Thank you for providing that feedback. I'm sorry to hear of the product issues, specifically with GTINs, that you are facing on the Google channel. I wish Google would work with independent distributors. Google isn't very user friendly with Shopify online stores who are distributors of products. These products have a logo and the company requires the logo to be a part of the picture. Google doesn't support pictures with logos, and therefore a lot of my products are advertised.

This app doesn't work very well. I've allowed this app to sync my products from Shopify to my Google Ads account but for some reason it only shows pending, and when I checked them on my Google Ads account, it says that they've been disapproved and it wants me to modify 600 products that I thought was going to smoothly sync into Google. So what I did was just made all my products unavailable to Google Shopping and will just resort to other ways to market my store and products.
