Using it for GA4.0 but the analytics is very different from actual figure. Support is not helpful either.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with conversion tracking on the Google & YouTube app. There are a number of reasons why GA4 conversion tracking may differ from other dashboards such as UA or Shopify analytics. Don't install. It simply doesn't work. Added 3 months ago and even started a campaign but not a single ad was shown!? Why? More importantly why is Shopify seemingly doing absolutely nothing to fix the issues of this app that hundreds of people are reporting doesn't work? Don't waste your time.

Installing this app is the worst thing one can do to his/her online shop. It is inexcusable that this app is provided by Shopify and there is a complete lack of support in dealing with all the issues created by the app. The only support I received was to be directed to Google support. If you have the "unsupported version" of this app, keep it. To save yourself frustrations and money, do not install the new one.

I've been trying to link this channel to my Shopify account for six months. Support from Google is poor. I don't get responses when I email. It's difficult to navigate all of the requirements. I eventually hired a third party to try and navigate the maze for me, but even they had trouble. I understand that the online market is saturated since Covid; however, treating potential business partners this way is unprofessional. I use Google in my personal life and this lack of support has also altered the way that I feel as a customer.

Absolutely useless if you have PRODUCT VARIANTS. This app ignores them totally. Very disappointing!!
Terrible. Old version worked fine, but I was forced to uninstall the old one to install the "new and improved" version. Now, it doesn't work at all and no way to revert back.

I've been sturggling for about a month with my merchant account being suspended for "misrepresentation". They claim that when you're account is suspended, you'll receive an email with more details about the issue and information about how to fix it. The warnings are broad and leave you having to guess exactly where the problem is. When I've called the help center for more information, they've told me directly that their system is automated and not even they can tell me why my account is suspended. There is no way of seeing where an issue is and no information is provided about how to fix it.

Products with variants being dissaproved constantly! Contacted both shopify and google, they just pass the blame to each other with no fix for the issue!

NHo help whatsoever. Instead, this App will cause your stores Merchant and Ads account to be suspended because it just throws any and all info for all your products (regardless whether the info is acceptable by Google's standards which are now recently crazy strict) So far my account has been suspended since October and not one person from Google or Shopify can tell me exactly why. I did manage to get a shortl list of 4 things to update or edit - 1 of which was to "remove my signup banner in my footer." I mean really??? A signup form is a vital part of ANY website! I removed it regardless in the hopes that I would see my account unsuspended but here we are and yes, you guessed it ... it's still suspended. Its ridiculous really! BAD APP!
